You’re purchasing a block of time not a set of deliverables.

I work efficiently and intentional but there is no guarantee I’ll get to everything on your list.

If I don’t finish everything, you can always book another intensive to wrap things up.

No worries. An hour or two are a good way to start. You’ll be surprised how much I get done in that time.

If you need more, you can book another hour or a full day.

Since we have a prep call, I hope to not need much from you during the intensive.

But, questions come up so please make sure you can check your email every hour or so in case I’ve come across a roadblock or need your feedback/direction.

If you do reschedule, you have 90 days to rebook from your original date.

I suggest you give yourself a week or two to make sure all assets are prepped and ready.

If you feel that your project is bigger than what can be accomplished in a VIP intensive, feel free to set a time to chat about a custom project. Prices for more extensive projects typically begin at $5,000.

1) Pre-Build:

• Access/Credentials: We will work in your accounts. We will confirm our access.

• Assets/Content: If you have any resources for us such as branding guides, documents, instructions, please provide those as soon as possible.

• Sitemap: We will provide a sitemap/drawing. A sitemap is like a drawing or flowchart for your site. It shows all the layout of sections and pages we’ll include and how they’ll link together.

• Design: We will provide Canva thumbnails and/or design elements using your branding.

• Draft Development: We will provide a very simple draft of some elements of your homepage.

2) Build-Day:

• Be available via email should we have any questions. You may schedule work, appointments, meetings as you like - just check email every few hours please.

3) Post-Build:

• Changes: As part of your design and development project, we’re happy to include a two hour editing session during the first week post-build (provide us a list of changes via document or email). This ensures we can fine-tune anything you need while everything is fresh and top of mind. Additional time may be purchased for work outside this scope.

• Training: We will send along videos to show you how to use anything custom created during the design and development process. For membership.io work, we will send access to a training Hub as well.

• Email support: We are available for 30 days post-build via email to answer any questions you may have.
